Yes, I have said that this junior varsity is one of the best in the last 20 years at Aquinas, but still, we did beat them 4-1 last Friday night. So tonight's 0-0 tie was somewhat disappointing.

On the extenuating circumstances side of things, we did lose Curt Whigam to mono for some major weeks this afternoon, and Parker Stoecklein did not play because of his quad.  But still.

First of all PJ Garcia was phenomenal in goal—in fact, it was a pretty great night for all Aquinas goalies.  Mogren made a spectacular save off a Kraft shot on a corner.

And that leads me to the BWhite Player of the Match: Gabe Kraft who played centerback for the JV.  Huge shout out to Reid Howard for varsity as well.

Statistically, we probably got them pretty good, but they did not allow much, and Zayveon almost scored in the last minute—so!

Well, it's Bandage Out and St. James in just 2 days. It doesn't get much better than that.
